- Q: Why the milk overflows?
A: While frothing, make sure pour the milk to the max line(not the top but the lower one), to avoid overflowing. Use whisk without spring to heat milk. - Q: Why does it not froth?
A: Use milk of high fat content to froth, which will be with better result. Different whisks are for different purpose, use whisk with spring to froth, use whisk without spring to heat. - Q: Why the product keep shutting off automatically?
A: There’s water inside the product or base, which will cause malfunctions. Do not use washer or immerse into water, use wet cloth to clean. If it happens, stop using for 3-5 days till it dries, then try again.
Choose the appropriate whisk and attach it inside the jug. See the function chart for reference. Pour the milk into the jug according to the max & min markings inside the jar. (WARNING: DO NOT operate without minimum level of liquid in the jug. DO NOT operate when there is no whisk set in place.) Attach the lid to the jug. Press the appropriate button to start the machine.
