PERFORMANCE: Excellent if you use it with bulbs up to 35 watts. If you use bulbs below 20 watts, you may notice slow melting due to low temperatures given off by low wattage bulbs. Not recommended for bulbs of more than 50 watts due to high temperatures of bulbs of high wattage. Most of the lamps come with bulbs between 20 and 35 watts.
